Last updated May 14, 2026. These Terms apply to EDU Matrix Interlinked at https://edumatrixinterlinked.com.

In short:

  • The platform subscription is a flat $10 USD per institution per month, unlimited members.
  • New institutions receive a 14-day free trial and are not charged during the trial.
  • Verification badges are optional monthly add-ons for institutions.
  • Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
  • Students, teachers, and parents do not pay EDU Matrix Interlinked directly for platform access.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Who the platform is for

EDU Matrix Interlinked connects institutions, students, teachers, parents, recruiters, and founders through one account. Institution administrators are responsible for ensuring they have authority to create and manage their institution workspace.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend accounts that compromise security or violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the platform, attempt to breach security, or disrupt service.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Respect privacy and obtain required permissions for student data.

5. Content and data

You retain ownership of your content. By using the platform, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display content as necessary to provide the services. Institution data remains isolated by tenant, and you control what is public or private.

6. Platform subscription and billing

The platform subscription is a flat $10 USD per institution per month, billed in advance, with a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle manages payment processing, tax, and invoicing. Paddle buyer terms apply in addition to these Terms.

Institutions may charge their own students fees using their own payment gateway. Those transactions are between the institution and the student and are not processed by EDU Matrix Interlinked.

7. Verification badges (optional add-ons)

Institutions can purchase verification badges that are applied to all active members. Badge subscriptions are billed monthly via Paddle and can be canceled anytime.

  • Blue Verification - $42 USD per month.
  • Silver Verification - $85 USD per month.
  • Gold Verification - $165 USD per month.
  • Diamond Verification - $415 USD per month.

8. Cancellation, past due, and suspension

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops the next billing cycle and access continues until the end of the current paid period. Failed payments enter a grace period; prolonged non payment can result in read-only access or cancellation.

9. Third-party services

The platform integrates third-party services (such as Paddle for payments). Their terms and policies may apply when you use those services.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if these Terms are violated or if required to protect the platform or its users. You may stop using the platform at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice where required. Continued use after updates means you accept the changes.
