You configure your brand (name, logo, colours), academic structure (departments, programs, classes, subjects), staff, fees, timetable, and certificates. Your institution becomes a fully digital tenant with its own public profile at /edu-matrix-hub/institutions/{slug} indexable in Google.
Use the worldwide discovery page at /edu-matrix-hub/discover. Filter by institution type, country, city, or program; open any institution profile to see programs, departments, classes, ratings, and contact details; then apply online through the unified Open Admission flow. Once accepted, the student dashboard activates automatically.
Yes. Every institution has a public profile page at /edu-matrix-hub/institutions/{slug} — its own SEO-optimised mini-website with logo, banner, programs, departments, class list, and contact info, indexed by Google so anyone searching the institution's name + city + country lands directly on it.
Free for individual users (students, teachers, parents). Institutions pay a subscription billed via Paddle; pricing is at /pricing. Inside an institution, student fees are paid through that institution's own configured gateway — the platform never holds tuition.
Every Prisma query inside the edu_matrix_hub_schema is filtered by institutionId. No institution can read or modify another institution's data. Soft-delete (deletedAt) is used everywhere for compliance with privacy and right-to-erasure requests.
Every database mutation triggers a 3-layer pipeline in parallel: Redis cache invalidation, Socket.IO emit on the appropriate room (per-user, per-class, per-institution, per-conversation), and Kafka publish to a service-scoped topic. That is why a grade marked by a teacher appears on the parent's dashboard in milliseconds.
Yes. Attendance is marked subject-wise. Exams support MCQ banks, auto-grading, and result publishing. Fees support fee structures, due dates, online payment, receipts, and history visible to students, parents, and admins. Salaries, leave, certificates, and announcements are also built-in.
Yes. The unified profile (one platformUserId) supports any combination of roles across any number of institutions simultaneously. The same login can teach physics at School A, parent a child at School B, and study a diploma at College C — each role sees its own scoped dashboard.
