Who pays — the institution or the students?
Edu Matrix Interlinked is free for everyone — students, teachers, and parents never pay anything, and institutions start free too. Any fees an institution collects from its own students (tuition, etc.) are handled directly by that institution through its own local payment gateway and never touch Edu Matrix.
How does the free trial work?
New institutions get a 1-month (30-day) free trial with full access — no card, no charge. When the trial ends, your institution becomes read-only until you renew: pay ₨5,000 via JazzCash or EasyPaisa and upload the proof screenshot. Once our team verifies it, full access is restored.
Is there a per-student or per-seat charge?
No. The ₨5,000/month is flat regardless of how many members your institution has — 10 or 10,000.
What are verification badges?
An optional recurring monthly add-on an institution can buy for itself (BLUE, SILVER, GOLD or DIAMOND). When purchased, the badge is automatically shown on the profile of every active member across the platform — it helps your institution build trust. It renews monthly and can be cancelled anytime.
How is billing handled?
Billing is manual. You pay via JazzCash or EasyPaisa and upload a screenshot of the payment; our team verifies it (usually within 24–48 hours) and your paid features unlock automatically. You can view and download invoices and receipts in your institution's Subscription & Billing dashboard. See our Refund Policy for cancellation and refund terms.
Can the price change?
Any future pricing changes will be communicated in advance and will only apply to new billing periods.
